If you choose to give a ring, please do so during business hours (Monday - Friday 9am -5pm PST ). Because the klt:works studio is run by one person, you may be greeted by the answering machine. If you would like to use a credit card over the phone, rather than with paypal on online, give me a call or a fax. I accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Returns:
We pride ourselves in the quality of each product we make and we stand by our construction. We also want you, the customer to be happy. So, if for some reason the item you purchased needs fixing due to a fluke or construction issue (not wear and tear), ship it back to us within 60 days of purchase along with a receipt and a note as to what the issue is, and we will gladly fix it for you.
I ship UPS Ground for large packages, & usps mail for smaller ones within the United States unless otherwise requested. Generally, I ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays (with some exceptions). I currently do not ship internationally through my website. Other arrangements need to be made for international orders. My site is set up for US shipping charges only.
